Scaling Food Waste audits in schools
Transformed a paper-based food waste audit into a digital app to eliminate manual admin hours & fragmented spreadsheets, so the programme can scale regional operations from North of England to UK-wide. The app has two-sided function: a central dashboard for facilitator to manage audits & track impact, and a playful child-friendly audit tool that helps pupils build numeracy skills.
