I’m a classically trained designer holding a Bachelors degree in Product Design and Masters in Design Management. As an immigrant based in the UK, I’m learning to navigate and appreciate diverse cultural perspectives - both in life and in my design practice. This experience has deepened my sensitivity to design more empathetically for people whose realities, languages, and lived experiences may differ from my own. It’s taught me to ask better questions, listen more openly, and recognise that intuitive design is never one-size-fits-all. I see cultural intelligence not just as a soft skill, but as essential to building accessible, inclusive products that resonate across borders and communities.
