Infuriating Objects
Doesn't it drive you crazy when cereal turns to mush? Or when you just can't open that water bottle?
A community-led design sprint reimagining frustrating everyday objects with community to tackle usability issues. Together, the community, designers and technicians co-created innovative design concepts to fix design flaws and exhibited them to open the dialogue to a wider audience, a novel way to test ideas and get real feedback.

An ethnographic research initiative aimed at democratising technology and reducing digital exclusion by giving residents free access to smart sensing technology that uncover valuable data about themselves, their pets, and their surroundings. This allowed us to gather honest, in context feedback to create more accessible product and services.
