Longevity Home
Part of the team to ideate and redesign a novel Social Housing Experience "Longevity Home" - a living innovation space that showcases technologies supporting healthier & more independent lives. The project aimed to engage residents, families, care professionals, and businesses in exploring how innovative technologies can improve their daily lives. Key themes that emerged out of the discussions were enabling multimodal accessibility, data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and personalised outreach from tech.

Reimagining the Future of Tourism Services
Led a series of workshops to bring together citizens & business stakeholders to challenge & reimagine 'Tourism Services with AI & immersive technologies'. I planned the entire workshop - designed the materials, co-creation activities, strategic game and facilitation guides. I analysed the feedback and presented the output report that articulated new opportunities and recommendations for businesses to scale and innovate that align with citizen needs. This was implemented in the new Tourism Strategy in partnership with Nexus and Go North East.

Infuriating Objects
Facilitated a series of co-creation workshops with community to challenge and rethink the poor design of everyday 'Infuriating Objects'. For the outcome, I was part of the team that designed an interactive exhibition space showcasing the redesigned objects and engage visitors in activities covering important considerations around accessibility and usability.

Community Toolbox
Part of the team to ideate and run this novel participatory research project 'Community Toolbox' that aimed to lower barriers to new technologies by giving residents of North East England free access & training to use new innovative technologies so that they can explore & uncover valuable insights about health & wellbeing of themselves, their pets and their surroundings. We gathered & analysed qualitative insights on what can be improved in the next iterations & how these technologies enhance longevity as a whole.
